From Lifestyle and Performance coach my love for health and exercise naturally led me to become a Personal Trainer and yoga teacher.

I have a wide vision and approach to health and nutrition after spending years studying and researching Western philosophy, holistic remedies and Ayurvedic methods to heal the self.

Constantly evolving my knowledge on training and dietary advice through years of experience in designing and monitoring exercise programmes based on client needs, goals, abilities and anatomy.

I bespoke my plans combining HIIT, boxing, weightlifting and martial arts techniques, along with yoga to reduce stress and allow the body to come naturally into balance.

I love seeing people transform their lives through their commitment to grow and work hard to reach their full potential and go beyond what they thought was a limit.

I work extremely hard in order for my clients to get the full benefit out of their journey, leading them to live a confident and healthier life, and achieve the physique they’ve always desired.

I was born in Rome, Italy, and my Italian mum fed me all my youth with pasta, pizza and a lots of delicious sweets that made my body swell while growing up!

I was the “chubby” friend for many years! After 30 years of being rounded, I decided to change!

I went to a personal trainer (with a lots of doubt about the success of the program!) and changed my diet, never renouncing at my “italian taste”!

One day I step on to a yoga class and felt in love with this discipline! I begun to see changes in my body as well as in my health. Carry on grocery shopping begs was not so hard as before, run to take the tube as well, I could sleep better and woke up more energetic! 


Seeing the results on my own body, I decided to have another big change in my life.

I quit my job as Human Resourse Trainer for a big British retail company and went back to study to become Personal Trainer.

Then I travelled for few months in South east Asia where I did my Yoga teacher training in Koh Phangan (Thailand) and trained at different yoga schools in Rishikesh (India).

After a volunteer program helping disabled children in Sri Lanka, I came back to London and decided to help people like you to change their lifestyle thanks to a personalized training with the help of yoga techniques and a proper alimentation that will fit your body perfectly.
